Being cautious in grading.

Folded cover looks great, though because it is a larger sheet of paper and not a J-Card, there are creases and/or fraying at the folds.

Tape is a TDK D60

Handwritten Side labels--A-Side has Reality Control in red ink.

B-Side has Kultur Kumpf in Black.

Tape itself appears almost new in appearance, fully rewound, presumably, for decades.

Has been stored carefully by original owner, David Grubbs, since 1984ish
