Various ‎– Charred Remains (Version Sound, TDK D60 Cassette, 1982)

$200.00
sold out

In terms of early 80's American Hardcore, no compilation holds a more pivotal position than "Charred Remains."

Released in 1982 on cassette through Bob Moore's Version Sound in limited supply, the release served the world the first earfuls of such groundbreaking and legendary bands such as Hüsker Dü, Die Kreuzen, Void, Violent Apathy, Toxic Reasons, Articles of Faith, Rebel Truth, Personality Crisis and Sin 34.

This copy does not include the 8.5 X 11" booklet, but the J-Card and the TDK D60 tape both look great.

J-card is on light green paper, with only the slightest bit of discoloration on the fold-over where paper meets the plastic case.

Labels are handwritten in black ink, looks vibrant and fresh.

Original owner, David Grubbs, stored w/ care for the last 25+ years. Exceptional Copy
